We aubstar provide 30-days of return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Moreover you’ll need to attach the receipt of purchase.

Note that, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if you receive the wrong, defective or damaged item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To exchange an item you have to inform us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new exchanged item.
3. Restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking FEE.
4. Return Shipping Fee
For wrong, defective or damaged item we do not charge any cost for return shipping.
Generally our refund process takes 5-8 business days according to payment's system. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund was approved.
